What results can I expect?

A realistic goal of 6 - 12lbs fat loss is achievable in 12 weeks, although this will vary on a number of factors so don't be surprised if your body adapts faster or slower than this. If you follow the process and take the actions I lay out for you, fat loss will happen eventually - and stay off forever!

How much is it?

£249 per person.

Will I need to track my food?

Understanding the QUANTITY of food you eat is going to be crucial for successful fat loss and I will be encouraging you to log all food / drink you consume via mobile app or Pen and Paper if you prefer.

Do I get a meal plan?

Option to create a personalised meal plan is provided however 'perfection' is never the goal and instead we aim to integrate new healthy recipes into your current eating routine. Whether that's quick 5-minute meals, eating-on-the-go, or planning a romantic 3-course meal at home with your loved one... we will find the right solutions for you!

I have allergies, will this work for me?

Absolutely! This is a nutrition coaching programme, not a dictatorship. Whatever your dietary needs I will work with you to find the right solution and ensure you feel great and enjoy all the foods you love :)

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

If you can check emails and use a smart phone you are good to go! All links you need will be sent to your registered email address with options to download a free nutrition app or use pen and paper if preferred.

Are there any workouts?

This course is focussed on NUTRITION but of course I encourage exercise for every body, and will encourage you to stay active with a full library of home/gym workouts to use as you wish.
